Placement Editing Restricted to Pre-Approval Status for Entitled Users

What’s changed?

We resolved an issue where users with the Change Any Candidate Submission Status user type entitlement could edit an approved Placement within a Candidate, Contact, or Job record. Now, these users can only edit a Placement before it’s been approved.
